a. Power clean: Work up to 65% of your 1 RM power clean, then:

b. Touch and go power clean: 10 rounds – Every 30 seconds, complete:

-3x TnG power clean @ 65% 1 RM

c. Deadlift: Warm up, then:

-55%x 5 reps, 60%x 5 reps, 65%x 5 reps.

d. Complete the following for time:

-50x double unders

-40x shoulder to overhead @30% of your press

-30x pull up

-20x burpee over barbell

-30x pull up

-40x shoulder to overhead

-50x double unders
